Just simply go to your inventory and double click / drag to use button (depends on which inventory you're using)
and you will start drinking the alcohol
Standalone mode
in standalone mode you need to use commands to drink example: /beer /wine /whiskey
whatever item is registered in the config the "name" will be the command.
