Step by step documentation how to properly update your police resource
Follow these exact steps to avoid breaking everything.
Before doing anything, create a backup of your old police resource.
Go to your resources folder.
Find these folders:
[police]
rcore_police
rcore_police_assets
rcore_police_assets_bodycam
Right-click → Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder.
Name it something like police_backup.zip.
✅ Now you're safe in case something goes wrong.
Delete the following folders from your resources folder:
[police]
rcore_police
rcore_police_assets
rcore_police_assets_bodycam
⚠️ Make sure they're really gone before continuing.
Go to your Keymaster Portal.
Download the latest version of the police resource.
You’ll get a .zip file — open it.
Inside the ZIP, find the [police] folder.
Drag and drop it into your resources folder.
