# Solitary

## Overview

* Our solitary confinement system serves as a disciplinary measure for prisoners who violate rules.
* Currently, solitary cells are located in the prison yard, allowing for limited communication with other inmates.
* To enhance the effectiveness and humanity of this system, the following improvements are proposed.
