Upgrades let players improve labs and stations.
There are two main upgrade groups:
Lab upgrades
Apply to the whole lab.
Station upgrades
Apply to a specific station.
Supported bonus types include:

Reduces processing time.
moreItems
Increases item output.
fasterGrowth
Speeds up growth.
lessPolice
Reduces police attention.
InstantSaleFasterTime
Speeds up instant sales.
InstantSaleBetterPrices
Improves instant sale payout.
Use /drugs_admin to configure:
upgrade categories
upgrade labels and descriptions
prices
bonuses
lab type restrictions
station tags
upgrade limits
Upgrade limits control maximum values for upgrade systems.
Use them when you want to prevent players from stacking too many bonuses.
